摘　　要：结合某炼钢厂现场实际工况条件,设计了一种新型铸造起重机车轮组辅助更换装置,提出了铸造起重机车轮组快速更换技术。使用该技术,检修人员可以在高空临边条件下快速完成车轮组的在线更换,提高了更换效率,降低了工作强度。对该技术的安全性进行了分析,经实践应用验证取得了较好的效果。Combined with the actual working conditions of a steel mill site,a new type of auxiliary replacement device for casting crane wheel set is designed,and the casting crane wheel set rapid replacement technology is proposed.With this technology,the on-line replacement of wheel sets can be completed quickly under the conditions of high altitude proximity,which improves the replacement efficiency,reduces the work intensity of maintenance personnel,and its safety is analyzed to achieve a better application effect.
