摘  要:在除尘风机振动特性稳定的情况下,针对一次除尘风机提出一种一次配重块完成风机叶轮动平衡的技术及风机运行维护措施。分析叶轮动平衡机理,并以炼钢厂除尘风机为例介绍实际效果,结果表明:该技术可使叶轮较原始振幅下降80%~90%,单次叶轮动平衡试验时间可缩短2 h,并将动平衡标准降低至0.5 mm/s以下,提高叶轮平衡裕度。此方法不仅适用于钢厂一次除尘风机,还可在其他风机特性稳定的情况下参考此计算方式推算出对应的一次配重动平衡参数,具有较高的推广意义。Under stable vibration characteristics of the dust removal fan,a primary weight dynamic balancing technology for the primary dust removal fan and operational maintenance measures are proposed.The dynamic balancing mechanism of the impeller is analyzed,and the actual effect of dynamic balancing is introduced with an example from a steel plant's dust removal fan.The results show that the impeller's amplitude can be reduced by 80%-90%compared to the original level,saving 2 hours of production time per dynamic balancing session and lowering the dynamic balancing standard to below 0.5 mm/s,improving the impeller's balancing tolerance.This method is not only applicable to primary dust removal fans in steel plants but can also be referenced for other fans with stable characteristics,making it highly promotable.
