摘 要:某钢铁公司冷轧产品SAE1020通过辊压、高频电阻焊接制管,焊缝附近开裂,微观组织分析后发现开裂处为焊缝热影响区。分析开裂原因为:高频焊接后,热影响区形成高温塑性不同的铁素体与珠光体交替带状组织,在辊压作用下产生了沿金属流线延伸的裂纹。通过控制成分,并调整连铸、热轧、酸轧、退火等工艺,降低材料力学性能,同时增加焊后热处理,从而改善了焊后开裂。Cracking defects were observed near the weld of SAE1020 cold-rolled steel pipes produced by high-frequency resistance welding.Microstructural analysis revealed that the cracking occurred in the heat-affected zone of the weld.The cause of cracking was identified as the formation of alternating bands of ferrite and pearlite with different high-temperature plasticity in the heataffected zone after high-frequency welding,leading to cracks along the metal flow lines under rolling pressure.By controlling the composition and adjusting the continuous casting,hot rolling,acid rolling,and annealing processes,the material's mechanical properties were reduced,and postweld heat treatment was added,effectively improving post-weld cracking.
