摘  要:激光焊机位于冷轧机组的入口段,主要用于将后行卷的带头和前行卷的带尾焊接在一起,满足机组连续生产的需求。稳定可靠的焊缝质量是机组稳定运行的重要保障,但在实际生产中,受焊接参数、设备功能精度、带钢板形等因素的影响,焊缝质量会存在一定的波动与缺陷,其中激光焦点偏移是导致焊缝质量缺陷的常见原因,会增加带钢的断带风险。对激光焊机焦点偏移的主要原因进行分析,提出优化和调整措施。The laser welder,located at the entry section of the cold rolling mill,is mainly used to weld the head of the trailing coil to the tail of the leading coil to meet the continuous production needs of the mill.Stable and reliable weld quality is crucial for smooth production.However,in actual production,weld quality can fluctuate due to welding parameters,equipment precision,and strip shape,with laser focus offset being a common cause of weld defects,increasing the risk of strip breakage.This paper analyzes the main causes of laser welder focus offset and proposes optimization and adjustment measures.
