摘  要:某钢铁厂镀锌线的工业控制网络系统采用L1、L2、L3共用交换机,使用VLAN技术隔离进行数据交换,此方法设置较复杂,并且每台交换机的配置内容不相同。针对此问题,采用网络分离的方式来更改镀锌线工业控制网络系统。首先,通过两张物理上分开的独立网络完成L1、L2的组网;其次,完成L1的硬件组态及程序的更改;最后,对触摸屏、单体设备等IP地址进行更改,重新接入一级网络,从而提高了生产线的网络通信能力。The industrial control network system of a steel plant's galvanizing line uses a shared switch for L1,L2,and L3,with VLAN isolation for data exchange.This method is complex,and each switch has different configuration content.To address this issue,the network was separated to modify the industrial control network system of the galvanizing line.First,two physically separate independent networks were used to complete the L1 and L2 networking.Then,the hardware configuration and program of L1 were modified.Finally,the IP addresses of touch screens and individual devices were changed and reconnected to the primary network,improving the network communication capability of the production line.
