摘 要:某钢厂在一次10 kV母线热倒操作过程中,所在10 kV系统下1台余热发电机出现失磁保护动作跳机的故障,针对这一故障进行分析,明确此次故障是由热倒操作前10 kV母线压差大、励磁系统低励限制未与失磁保护协调配合、机组无功调差值设定不合理三个方面原因引起的。通过调整机组励磁系统低励限制定值、修订电压调差率定值以及完善10 kV母线热倒操作压差规定,成功解决了该故障,进一步提升了10 kV母线热倒操作的安全性。This paper analyzes the fault of demagnetization protection tripping in a waste heat generator during a 10 kV busbar hot switching operation in a steel plant.The fault was caused by three factors:a large voltage difference on the 10 kV busbar before the hot switching operation,lack of coordination between the excitation system's low excitation limit and the demagnetization protection,and unreasonable setting of the reactive power regulation difference.By adjusting the low excitation limit setting of the excitation system,revising the voltage regulation rate setting,and improving the voltage difference regulation for 10 kV busbar hot switching operations,the fault was successfully resolved,further enhancing the safety of 10 kV busbar hot switching operations.
