摘 要:离心式煤气加压机负载调节方式主要有阀门调节、液力耦合器调节、变频调节以及流量调节等,其中采用较多的是阀门调节和变频调节。宁钢煤气加压系统的负载调节主要以人工在线调整为主,存在煤气负载调节精度低、调节不及时等问题。为解决该问题,以转炉煤气加压系统为研究对象,结合宁钢工艺、设备特点,开展了煤气加压机负载调节模式的探索研究,最终实现了转炉煤气加压系统负载调节的自动化。The main load regulation methods for centrifugal gas compressors include valve regulation,hydraulic coupling regulation,frequency conversion regulation,and flow regulation,with valve regulation and frequency conversion regulation being the most commonly used.The load regulation of the gas compression system at Ningsteel is primarily manually adjusted online,leading to issues such as low precision and untimely adjustments.To address these problems,the converter gas compression system was studied,and based on the process and equipment characteristics of Ningsteel,an exploration of load regulation modes for the gas compressor was conducted,ultimately achieving automation in the load regulation of the converter gas compression system.
