摘  要:根据石灰系统在钢铁行业废水处理中的作用,结合首钢某污水站石灰系统实例,对该系统的石灰罐、除尘器、输送器、石灰泵、电动阀、石灰管路、配置浓度、运行方式、操作方法等因素进行分析,提出优化除尘器和输送器、更换液位计、增加电动振打器、疏通石灰管路、调整石灰泵切换周期、延长反冲洗时间、对石灰的配置浓度进行重新试验调整等措施。优化后,该污水站石灰系统能够实现长周期安全稳定运行。According to the role of lime system in iron and steel industry wastewater treatment,combined with the lime system example of a sewage station of Shougang,the system's lime tank,dust collector,conveyor,lime pump,electric valve,lime pipeline,configuration concentration,operation mode,operation method and other factors are analyzed,and optimization of dust collector,conveyor,replacement of the liquid level meter,increase of electric vibration,unblocking of lime pipeline,adjustment of the switching cycle and backwash time of lime pump,re-test of the configuration concentration of lime and other optimization measures are put forward.After optimization,the lime system of this sewage station can operate safely and stably for a long period of time.
