摘 要:以钴盐为催化剂,将环己烷氧化液和配置的氢氧化钠溶液(质量分数为3.5%)按体积比61加入1000 mL高压釜中进行分解反应,考察了分解反应温度对反应速度、产物收率、产物酮醇比和产物中己醛含量的影响。结果表明:分解反应过程中,提高搅拌转速有利于降低环己烷氧化液中环己基过氧化氢(CHHP)的含量,提高产物酮醇收率,适宜的搅拌转速为800 r/min;反应温度越高,环己烷氧化液分解反应速度越快,当反应温度为70℃时,分解反应15 min,CHHP分解接近完全;环己烷氧化液在反应温度70℃、80℃、90℃下分解反应15 min以上,酮醇收率相差不大;反应温度对产物酮醇比的影响较大,高温分解有利于提高产物酮醇比;随着反应温度升高,产物中己醛含量增大,降低反应温度和延长反应时间均可降低己醛的生成量。Using cobalt salt as a catalyst,a cyclohexane oxidation liquid and a prepared sodium hydroxide solution(mass fraction of 3.5%)were added at a volume ratio of 61 into a 1000-mL autoclave to carry out decomposition reaction.The effects of the decomposition reaction temperature on the reaction rate,product yield,ketone-to-alcohol ratio and hexanal content in the product were investigated.The results showed that during the decomposition reaction,an increase in the stirring speed was beneficial to reducing the content of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide(CHHP)in the cyclohexane oxidation liquid and increasing the ketone-alcohol yield,and the appropriate stirring speed was 800 r/min;the higher the reaction temperature,the higher the decomposition reaction rate of cyclohexane oxidation liquid,and the CHHP decomposition was nearly complete after 15 min of decomposition reaction at a temperature of 70℃;the ketone-alcohol yield did not differ much when the cyclohexane oxidation liquid decomposed for more than 15 min at reaction temperatures of 70℃,80℃,and 90℃;the reaction temperature had a significant impact on the ketone-to-alcohol ratio of the product,and high-temperature decomposition was beneficial to increasing the ketone-to-alcohol ratio of the product;the hexanal content in the product increased as the reaction temperature increased,and reducing the reaction temperature and prolonging the reaction time can both reduce the amount of hexanal generated.
