PBT/PET复合纤维加弹油剂TF-702T8的性能及应用研究

摘　　要：在聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)复合预取向丝(POY)加弹成假捻变形丝(DTY)的过程中,分别使用专用油剂TF-702T8和常规油剂TF-702B上油,并对DTY进行整经处理,对比了2种油剂的基础性能、上油性能、抗飞溅性能、平滑性和抗静电性,以及在整经过程中的应用性能。结果表明:常规油剂TF-702B和专用油剂TF-702T8的基础性能无明显差异,动力黏度分别为10.5,10.8 mPa·s,密度分别为0.862,0.851 g/cm^(3);在制备83 dtex/72 f PBT/PET复合DTY时,专用油剂TF-702T8的上油性能、抗飞溅性能、抗静电性能及平滑性均优于常规油剂TF-702B;在PBT/PET复合DTY退绕、整经过程中,使用专用油剂TF-702T8制备的DTY的整经静电压较小,且整经过程中退绕掉筒及断头次数少;专用油剂TF-702T8在PBT/PET复合DTY的织造加工过程中具有更好的应用性能。During the texturing process of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)composite pre-oriented yarn(POY)into drawn textured yarn(DTY),the special spin finish TF-702T8 and the conventional spin finish TF-702B were respectively used for oiling.And the DTY was warped.The basic properties,oil uptake,anti-splashing properties,smoothness and antistatic properties of the two types of spin finishes were compared,as well as their application performance during the warping process.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the basic properties between the conventional spin finish TF-702B and the special spin finish TF-702T8;their dynamic viscosities were 10.5 mPa·s and 10.8 mPa·s respectively,and their densities were 0.862 g/cm^(3) and 0.851 g/cm^(3) respectively;when preparing 83 dtex/72 f PBT/PET composite DTY,the oil uptake,anti-splashing properties,antistatic properties and smoothness of the special spin finish TF-702T8 were all superior to those of the conventional spin finish TF-702B;the special spin finish TF-702T8 contributed lower warping static voltage and fewer unwinding bobbin-dropping and end-breakage numbers to the DTY during the unwinding and warping processes of PBT/PET composite DTY;and the special spin finish TF-702T8 exhibited better application performance during the weaving process of PBT/PET composite DTY.
