摘 要:以聚丙烯腈-羧酸(PAN-COOH)纤维为基体,通过接枝聚偕胺肟(PAO)和直接偕胺肟化处理分别制备聚丙烯腈-聚偕胺肟(PAN-PAO)纤维和聚丙烯腈-偕胺肟(PAN-AO)纤维,将纤维置于硝酸镍(Ni(NO_(3))_(2))溶液中进行吸附实验,研究了吸附液的pH值、Ni^(2+)浓度及吸附时间对2种纤维吸附Ni^(2+)的影响,并结合吸附动力学模型对二者的吸附性能进行对比。结果表明:在纤维偕胺肟基团含量均为2.0 mmol/g的条件下,随着吸附液pH值的升高,PAN-PAO纤维和PAN-AO纤维对Ni^(2+)的平衡吸附量(q_(e))均先升高后下降,且q_(e)均在pH值为8时达到峰值,分别为64.13,33.14 mg/g;在相同pH值下,PAN-PAO纤维对Ni^(2+)的q_(e)较PAN-AO纤维的高,吸附性能更好;当吸附液Ni^(2+)浓度为200 mg/L时,PAN-PAO纤维和PAN-AO纤维的q_(e)分别为116.67,76.64 mg/g,饱和吸附时间分别为90,240 min,2种纤维对Ni^(2+)的吸附行为符合准二级动力学模型,以化学吸附为主;当吸附液Ni^(2+)浓度为10 mg/L时,10 min内PAN-PAO纤维和PAN-AO纤维的q_(e)分别为9.58,0.19 mg/g,2种纤维对Ni^(2+)的吸附行为更符合准一级动力学模型,以物理吸附为主;相比PAN-AO纤维,PAN-PAO纤维表现出更优异的吸附性能和深度处理能力。Using polyacrylonitrile-carboxylic acid(PAN-COOH)fibers as the matrix,polyacrylonitrile-polyamidoxime(PAN-PAO)fiber and polyacrylonitrile-amidoxime(PAN-AO)fiber were prepared through grafting with polyamidoxime(PAO)and direct amidoximation treatment,respectively.The fibers were placed in a nickel nitrate(Ni(NO_(3))_(2))solution for adsorption experiments.The effects of the pH value,Ni^(2+)concentration,and adsorption time of the adsorption solution on the adsorption of Ni^(2+)by the two kinds of fibers were studied.The adsorption performances of the two kinds of fibers were compared by combining with adsorption kinetic models.The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity(q_(e))of Ni^(2+)by PAN-PAO fiber and PAN-AO fiber first increased and then decreased with the increase of the pH value of the adsorption solution when the content of amidoxime groups in the fibers was 2.0 mmol/g,and q_(e)reached the peak values,i.e.64.13 and 33.14 mg/g,respectively,at the pH value of 8;the q_(e)of Ni^(2+)by PAN-PAO fiber was higher than that by PAN-AO fiber at the same pH value,indicating better adsorption performance;the q_(e)of PAN-PAO fiber and PAN-AO fiber were 116.67 and 76.64 mg/g,respectively,and the saturation adsorption time was 90 and 240 min,respectively,when the Ni^(2+)concentration in the adsorption solution was 200 mg/L,and the adsorption behavior of the two kinds of fibers for Ni^(2+)conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,mainly through chemical adsorption;the q_(e)of PAN-PAO fiber and PAN-AO fiber were 9.58 and 0.19 mg/g,respectively,within 10 min when the Ni^(2+)concentration in the adsorption solution was 10 mg/L,the adsorption behavior of the two kinds of fibers for Ni^(2+)was more in line with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model,mainly through physical adsorption;compared with PAN-AO fiber,PAN-PAO fiber exhibited more excellent adsorption performance and deep-treatment ability.
