摘  要:氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))纤维增强铝基复合材料具有优异的物理性能和使用性能,但其增强相和基体合金间润湿性较差、界面反应调控难度大,阻碍了其发展。综述了Al_(2)O_(3)纤维增强铝基复合材料的制备工艺、应用领域,以及改善润湿性和控制界面反应的方法。通过纤维表面改性、基体合金化和热压工艺参数调控等可以改善Al_(2)O_(3)纤维与铝合金之间的润湿性、界面结合性能,从而提高复合材料的综合性能;未来,Al_(2)O_(3)纤维增强铝基复合材料的研究应更加注重材料的多功能化及成型加工性能,以满足特定应用领域的定制需求。Alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))fiber-reinforced aluminum-matrix composites possess excellent physical and service performance.However,the poor wettability between the reinforcing phase and the matrix alloy,as well as the great difficulty in controlling the interfacial reaction,have hindered their development.The preparation processes and application fields of Al_(2)O_(3)fiber-reinforced aluminum-matrix composites,as well as the methods for enhancing their wettability and controlling the interfacial reaction were reviewed.The fiber surface modification,matrix alloying,and hot-pressing process parameters regulation can improve the wettability and interfacial bonding properties between Al_(2)O_(3)fibers and aluminum alloys,thereby enhancing the comprehensive properties of the composites;in the future,the research on Al_(2)O_(3)fiber-reinforced aluminum-matrix composites should place more emphasis on the multi-functionality of the materials and their formability in order to meet the customized requirements of specific application fields.
