摘  要:以特性黏数为(0.678±0.003)dL/g的聚酯熔体为原料,采用熔体直纺生产单丝线密度为0.23 dtex的22 dtex/96 f超细旦大有光涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),探讨了纺丝温度、无风区高度、集束位置及拉伸工艺等对生产及产品质量的影响。结果表明:控制纺丝温度290~293℃、无风区高度35.5~45.5 mm、环吹风速度1.20~1.30 m/s、集束位置600~700 mm、拉伸倍数1.30~1.32、拉伸温度80~82℃、热定形温度118~121℃,生产及产品质量稳定;在纺丝温度290℃、无风区高度40 mm、环吹风速度1.25 m/s、集束位置650 mm、拉伸倍数1.30、拉伸温度80℃、热定形温度120℃的条件下,生产的22 dtex/96 f超细旦大有光涤纶FDY断裂强度3.82 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率31.6%、条干不匀率1.13%、沸水收缩率6.6%,产品满卷率达93%,优等品率达92%。Using polyester melt with an intrinsic viscosity of(0.678±0.003)dL/g as raw material,22 dtex/96 f superfine denier bright polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)with a single-filament linear density of 0.23 dtex was produced by direct melt-spinning.The effects of spinning temperature,height of calm zone,collection position,drawing process,etc.on the production and product quality were discussed.The results showed that the production and product quality were stable when the spinning temperature was controlled as 290-293℃,the height of the calm zone as 35.5-45.5 mm,the circular air blow speed as 1.20-1.30 m/s,the collection position as 600-700 mm,the draw ratio as 1.30-1.32,the drawing temperature as 80-82℃,and the heat-setting temperature as 118-121℃;and the produced 22 dtex/96 f superfine denier polyester FDY had a breaking strength of 3.82 cN/dtex,an elongation at break of 31.6%,a yarn irregularity of 1.13%,a boiling water shrinkage of 6.6%,a full-package rate of 93%,and a top-grade product rate of 92%under the conditions of a spinning temperature of 290℃,a calm zone height of 40 mm,a circular air blow speed of 1.25 m/s,a collection position of 650 mm,a draw ratio of 1.30,a drawing temperature of 80℃,and a heat-setting temperature of 120℃.
