摘  要:选择N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为环氧树脂的溶剂,采用顶空-气相色谱法(HS-GC)测定环氧树脂中残留甲苯含量,探讨了顶空进样器的进样条件,并研究了方法的检出限、精密度、准确度。结果表明:采用HS-GC法测试环氧树脂中残留甲苯含量,合适的进样条件为DMF溶剂加入量5 mL,顶空进样器加热温度95℃、平衡时间25 min;本分析方法精密度高、重复性好,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9992,相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.4%,检出限为0.264μg/g,加标回收率为92.9%~105.7%,可准确定量线性范围内(1~200μg/g)环氧树脂中残留甲苯含量。N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)was selected as the solvent for epoxy resin.The residual toluene content in epoxy resin was determined by headspace-gas chromatography(HS-GC).The injection conditions of the headspace sampler were explored,and the detection limit,precision,and accuracy of the method were studied.The results showed that for the determination of the residual toluene content in epoxy resin by HS-GC method,the appropriate injection conditions were an amount of DMF solvent of 5 mL,the heating temperature of the headspace sampler of 95℃,and the equilibrium time of 25 min;this analytical method had excellent precision and good repeatability,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9992,the relative standard deviation was 1.8%-7.4%,the detection limit was 0.264μg/g,and the standard addition recovery was 92.9%-105.7%,and it could accurately quantify the residual toluene content in epoxy resin within the linear range of 1-200μg/g.
