摘　　要：电商平台已成为我国消费者购物的主要渠道之一,其用户隐私泄露问题成为当前社会关注的焦点。本文以国内主流电商平台为研究对象,通过对其隐私条款的分析,揭示现存问题并提出改进建议。在隐私条款方面,研究发现多数平台的隐私政策存在一些问题:某些平台的隐私条款中关于个人信息收集、使用、存储和共享的说明模糊,部分平台在隐私政策执行过程中未能严格按照条款规定保护用户隐私,用户在面对个人信息泄露等风险时难以有效维护自身权益。因此,电商平台应简化隐私条款内容,严格按照隐私条款规定收集和使用用户信息,健全信息安全管理体系,同时应完善用户权益保障措施,建立用户投诉和维权渠道,为用户提供安全的购物环境。E-commerce platform has become one of the main shopping channels for consumers in China,and the leakage of user privacy has become the focus of current social attention.This paper takes domestic mainstream e-commerce platforms as the research object,through the analysis of their privacy clauses,reveals the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement.In terms of privacy terms,the study has found that there are some problems in the privacy policies of most platforms.The privacy policies of some platforms contain vague explanations regarding the collection,use,storage,and sharing of personal information.Some platforms fail to strictly protect user privacy in accordance with the terms and conditions during the implementation of their privacy policies,making it difficult for users to effectively protect their rights and interests when facing risks such as personal information leakage.Therefore,e-commerce platforms should simplify the content of privacy terms,strictly collect and use user information in accordance with privacy terms,establish a sound information security management system,improve user rights protection measures,establish channels for user complaints and rights protection,and provide users with a safe shopping environment.
