摘  要:为了实时监测生猪的运动量、耳温、体重和采食量4个生理体征,以降低生猪患病率和病死率,提高养殖效率和便捷性,本研究设计了一种生猪生理体征监测系统,该系统包括生猪生理体征采集终端、监测系统数据传输设备和数据管理平台。生猪生理体征采集终端包括多功能耳标和体重监测终端,其中多功能耳标采集生猪运动和耳温生理体征数据,体重监测终端安装在生猪限位采食区域,采集体重和采食量数据。多功能耳标内置RFID标签,以实现生猪身份识别,通过ZigBee网络协议,将采集的生理体征参数传输至ZigBee网络。监测系统数据传输设备将所有采集的生理体征数据汇总到ZigBee网络协调器,通过ESP8266和4G DTU模块传输至Socket服务器;体征数据存储在云服务器中的体征数据库。数据管理平台将生猪生理体征数据进行可视化显示,并对多功能耳标进行续航优化。结果表明:系统各模块均能正常工作,通过对电压及数据采集传输周期进行优化后,耳标在采集周期30 min、传输周期3 h的工作状态下,续航时间可在200 d以上。说明本研究设计的生猪生理体征监测系统符合生猪养殖需求。In order to monitor the four physiological signs of live pigs in real time,such as the amount of exercise,ear temperature,body weight and feeding quantity,so as to reduce the risk of the morbidity and mortality of live pigs,and improve the efficiency and convenience of breeding,a physiological signs monitoring system for live pigs was designed in this study.The system included the acquisition terminal of the live pig physiological signs,the data transmission equipment of monitoring system and the data management platform.At the same time,the acquisition terminal of the physiological signs in live pigs also included a multi-functional ear tag and a weight monitoring terminal,in which the multi-functional ear tag was used to collect the physiological sign data of the pigs’movement and the ear temperature,while the weight acquisition terminal was installed in the limit feeding area of the pigs for collecting weight and feed intake data.RFID tag was built in the multi-functional era tag to realize the identification of live pigs.Through the ZigBee protocol,the collected physiological sign parameters were transmitted to the ZigBee network.All the collected physiological signs datum were transferred to the ZigBee network coordinator through the monitoring system data transmission device,and then transmitted to the Socket server by ESP8266 and 4G DTU modules.The physical signs datum were stored in the physical signs database of the cloud server.The physiological signs datum of the live pigs were visualized by the data management system,and the endurance of the multi-functional ear tag was optimized.The test results showed that all modules of the system could work normally.After optimizing the voltage and data acquisition and transmission cycle,the battery life of the ear tag could reach more than 200 days under the working state of 30 minutes acquisition cycle and 3 hours transmission cycle.The results indicated that the physiological signs monitoring system of live pigs designed in this study could meet the needs of
