摘  要:为了进一步提高西藏色瓦绵羊的繁殖率,试验选取104只繁殖季节空怀母羊,随机分为4组,每组26只,分别使用阴道孕酮栓(CIDR)+孕马血清(PMSG)+前列腺素(PG,试验Ⅰ组)、醋酸氟孕酮阴道海绵栓+PMSG+PG(试验Ⅱ组)、CIDR+PMSG(试验Ⅲ组)及两次注射PG(试验Ⅳ组)进行同期发情处理,然后对发情羊只分别采用稀释新鲜精液与冷冻精液进行人工授精,20 d、30 d后分别利用妊娠试纸和兽用B超仪进行妊娠诊断并统计受胎率。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组母羊发情主要集中于48 h内,试验Ⅰ组发情率最高为84.62%,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组发情率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组羊只稀释新鲜精液人工授精后受胎率分别为72.73%、70.00%、60.00%、50.00%,均分别显著高于冷冻精液受胎率(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中发情母羊使用稀释新鲜精液进行人工授精的受胎率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中发情母羊使用冷冻精液进行人工授精的受胎率显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。说明在藏北草原采用CIDR+PMSG+PG对西藏色瓦绵羊进行同期发情处理后使用稀释新鲜精液人工授精可取得最优的同期发情率和受胎率。In order to further improve the reproductive rate of Sewa sheep in northern Xizang grasslands,104 pregnant ewes during the breeding season were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with 26 ewes in each group.Synchronous estrus treatment was performed with vaginal progesterone suppositories(CIDR)+pregnant horse serum(PMSG)+prostaglandin method(PG,experimental groupⅠ),fluoroprogesterone acetate vaginal sponge suppositories+PMSG+PG(experimental groupⅡ),CIDR+PMSG(experimental groupⅢ),and two injections of PG(experimental groupⅣ),respectively.Then,the estrus sheep were artificially inseminated with diluted fresh semen and frozen semen,respectively.After 20 and 30 days,pregnancy diagnosis was performed using pregnancy test strips and animal B-ultrasound,and the conception rate was recorded.The results showed that after treatment with experimental groupsⅠandⅡ,the estrus of ewes was mainly concentrated within 48 hours,and the estrus rate in the experimental groupⅠwas the highest(84.62%).The estrus rate in the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that in the experimental groupⅣ(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P>0.05).The pregnancy rates in the experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣafter artificial insemination with diluted fresh semen were 72.73%,70.00%,60.00%,and 50.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of frozen semen(P<0.05).After artificial insemination with diluted fresh semen or frozen semen,the conception rate of estrus ewes in the experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the experimental groupⅣ(P<0.05).The results indicated that the best simultaneous estrus rate and conception rate could be obtained by using diluted fresh semen after simultaneous estrus treatment with CIDR+PMSG+PG in Tibetan Sewa sheep in northern Xizang grassland.
