摘 要:为了探究黄芩提取物对蛋鸡输卵管炎的防治作用,试验将72只500日龄健康蛋鸡随机分为12组,每组6只,分别进行预防和治疗效果评估试验。在预防试验中,6个组分别为黄芩提取物低剂量(50 mg/kg)组、中剂量(100 mg/kg)组、高剂量(200 mg/kg)组和西药(10%阿莫西林可溶性粉,200 mg/kg)组、模型组、空白对照组,连续灌胃给药7 d后开始建立输卵管炎模型[除空白对照组外,其余各组分别通过泄殖腔注射大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌混合菌液(1∶2,1×10^(9)cfu/mL),2 mL/只,连续7 d];在治疗试验中,6个组分别为黄芩提取物低剂量(100 mg/kg)组、中剂量(200 mg/kg)组、高剂量(400 mg/kg)组和西药(10%阿莫西林可溶性粉,300 mg/kg)组、模型组、空白对照组,造模成功后开始连续灌胃给药14 d。试验结束后统计蛋鸡平均产蛋率,测定血液细胞数量、血清中炎症因子质量浓度,观察输卵管组织病理学变化。结果表明:在预防试验造模7 d后和治疗试验给药14 d后,黄芩提取物低、中、高剂量组和西药组的平均产蛋率均显著高于模型组(P<0.05);且黄芩提取物高剂量组和西药组的白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、嗜酸性粒细胞数、嗜碱性粒细胞数、单核细胞数和淋巴细胞数均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)质量浓度显著高于模型组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)质量浓度显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。在预防试验中,当黄芩提取物给药剂量为200 mg/kg时能够改善蛋鸡输卵管炎引起的组织损伤;在治疗试验中,当黄芩提取物给药剂量为400 mg/kg时可抑制炎性细胞浸润、组织纤维化和坏死。说明在本试验条件下,黄芩提取物预防剂量为200 mg/kg、治疗剂量为400 mg/kg时能有效改善蛋鸡输卵管炎的临床症状,减轻炎症反应。In order to explore the prevention and treatment effects of Scutellaria baicalensis extract on salpingitis in laying hens,in the test,seventy-two 500-day-old healthy laying hens were randomly divided into 12 groups,with 6 hens in each group,and the prevention and treatment effects evaluation tests were carried out respectively.In the prevention test,the six groups were low-dose(50 mg/kg),medium-dose(100 mg/kg),high-dose(200 mg/kg)group of Scutellaria baicalensis extract,medicine(10%amoxicillin soluble powder,200 mg/kg)group,model group and blank control group.After 7 days of continuous gavage,the salpingitis model was established(except for the blank control group,the other groups were injected with mixed bacterial solution of E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus[1∶2,1×10^(9)cfu/mL]through the cloaca orifice,2 mL/piece for 7 consecutive days).In the treatment test,the six groups were low-dose(100 mg/kg),medium-dose(200 mg/kg)and high-dose(400 mg/kg)groups of Scutellaria baicalensis extract,medicine(10%amoxicillin soluble powder,300 mg/kg)group,model group and blank control group.After successful modeling,gavage was started for 14 days.After the test,the average egg laying rate of laying hens was counted;the number of blood cells and the concentration of inflammatory factors in serum were measured,and the histopathological changes of the fallopian tubes were observed.The results showed that the average egg laying rates of the low-dose,mediumdose,and high-dose groups of Scutellaria baicalensis extract and the medicine group were significantly higher than that of the model group after 7 days of modeling in the prevention test and 14 days after administration in the treatment test(P<0.05).The number of white blood cells,neutrophils,eosinophils,basophils,monocytes and lymphocytes in the high-dose group and the medicine group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05);the serum concentrations of IL-2 and IL-10 were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the concentrations of T
