摘 要:为了解在日粮中添加丝兰提取物(Yucca shidigero extract,YSE)对西杂一代犊牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响,试验将100头健康、体重相近[(230.00±7.35)kg]的6月龄西杂一代公犊牛随机分为4组,每组25头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(40,80,100 mg/kg YSE组)根据犊牛体重在基础日粮中分别添加40,80,100 mg/kg YSE。预试期10 d,正试期30 d。试验期间记录犊牛采食量和体重,试验结束后采集血液和粪便样品,测定生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化及抗氧化指标。结果表明:与对照组比较,各剂量YSE组料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05);80 mg/kg YSE组粗脂肪(EE)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);各剂量YSE组血清白蛋白(ALB)质量浓度、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),以及80 mg/kg YSE组的总蛋白(TP)质量浓度,葡萄糖(GLU)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)浓度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿素氮(URE)及丙二醛(MDA)浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。说明在基础日粮中添加YSE可提高西杂一代育肥犊牛的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及抗氧化能力,改善血清生化指标,在本试验条件下以80 mg/kg YSE为最适添加量。To understand the effects of dietary supplementation with Yucca shidigero extract(YSE)on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of Simmental heterozygous calves,a total of 100 healthy 6-month-old Simmental heterozygous generation male calves with similar body weight([230.00±7.35]kg)were randomly divided into four groups with 25 calves each.The animals in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the animals in the experimental groups(40,80,100 mg/kg YSE group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 40,80 and 100 mg/kg YSE according to the calf weight,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 d and the main test period was 30 d.The calves’feed intake and body weight were recorded throughout the trial.After the test,blood and faecal samples were collected to determine growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical and antioxidant indices.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio(F/G)of calves in all groups supplemented with YSE was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of crude fat(EE),crude protein(CP),acid detergent fibre(ADF)and neutral detergent fibre(NDF)was significantly increased(P<0.05)in 80 mg/kg YSE group;the serum albumin(ALB)mass concentration and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in all YSE groups and the total protein(TP)mass concentration,glucose(GLU),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)concentration and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were significantly increased in the 80 mg/kg YSE group(P<0.05),and the low-density lipoprotein(LDL),urea nitrogen(URE)and malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The results indicated that adding YSE to the basal diet could improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,apparent nutrient digestibility and serum biochemistry of simmental heterozygous generation calves.Under the experimental conditions,80 mg/kg YSE was the optimum level of addition.
