摘 要:为了探究种养产业布局对我国奶牛养殖环境效率的影响,本研究基于2004—2022年我国26个省际面板数据,运用种养产业共同集聚指数和两期非径向方向距离函数(BNDDF)模型对我国种养产业布局水平和奶牛养殖环境效率进行评价,并采用固定效应模型分析种养产业布局对奶牛养殖环境效率的影响,从政府治理和市场化水平两个视角探究其影响效应的内在机制。结果表明:我国奶牛养殖环境效率整体呈现先上升后下降再逐步回升的态势;奶牛养殖优势区域的种养产业布局水平和养殖环境效率均明显高于普通区域;种养产业布局的优化对我国奶牛养殖环境效率具有正向影响的效应,即优化种养产业布局,会促进奶牛养殖环境效率的提升;更改样本周期或替换被解释变量后上述影响效应依然成立;且该影响效应存在区域异质性与规模异质性,普通区域的种养产业布局对奶牛养殖环境效率的影响大于优势区域;种养产业布局对小规模和中规模奶牛养殖场环境效率的影响效应要大于大规模奶牛养殖场。政府治理和市场化水平在种养产业布局影响奶牛养殖环境效率中发挥调节效应。基于此,笔者建议优化种植业和养殖业空间布局,推动区域种养空间平衡;推进种养结合绿色循环农业模式;构建政府引导、市场驱动和种养主体行动相结合的多元主体协同治理机制等。To explore the effects of planting and breeding industry layout on the environmental efficiency of dairy farming industry in China,this study was based on panel data from 26 provinces in China between 2004 to 2022,and used the common agglomeration index of planting and breeding industries and the BNDDF model to evaluate the layout level of planting and breeding industry and the efficiency of dairy farming environment in China,and used a fixed effects model to verify the effect of planting and breeding industry layout on the environmental efficiency of dairy farming industry.Additionally,it explored the internal mechanisms of this effect from the perspectives of government governance and marketization level.The results showed that the environmental efficiency of dairy farming in China presented a trend of initially increasing,then decreasing,and gradually recovering.The layout level of planting and breeding industry and the environmental efficiency in dairy farming advantage areas were significantly higher than those in ordinary areas.Optimizing the planting and breeding industry layout had a positive impact on the environmental efficiency of dairy farming in China,indicating that improving the layout of planting and breeding industry could enhance the environmental efficiency of dairy farming.The relationship still held even after changing the sample period or replacing the explained variable.It was found that the effect exhibited both regional heterogeneity and scale heterogeneity.The impact of planting and breeding industry layout was more significant in ordinary areas than in advantageous areas.The small-scale and medium scale dairy farms were more influenced by the layout optimization than the large-scale dairy farms.The government governance and marketization levels played a regulatory role in the impact of the planting and breeding industry layout on the environmental efficiency of dairy farming.Therefore,the study suggested optimizing the spatial layout of planting and breeding industries to achieve region
