摘 要:为探究铁尾矿渣改良路基混合料在冻融条件下的质量、强度及冻胀变化特点,通过原状土和铁尾矿渣改良土在不同冻融循环次数下的无侧限抗压强度试验和冻胀融沉试验,对比得到铁尾矿渣改良土和原状土的应力-应变特性、强度、冻胀融沉率以及质量损失的影响规律。结果显示:随着冻融循环次数的增加,铁尾矿渣混合料的无侧限抗压强度逐渐减小,在经历10次冻融循环后趋于稳定,其与原状土的差距也逐渐减小;铁尾矿渣改良土的冻胀率和融沉率均小于原状土的,且随着冻融次数的增加,冻胀率和融沉率不断下降,最后趋于0,证明了在冻融循环下,铁尾矿渣改良土的抗冻融性能相比原状土的得到了提高,且3%(质量分数)掺量水泥的铁尾矿渣改良路基混合料的冻胀率及融沉率均<1%。To investigate the quality,strength,and frost heave characteristics of iron tailings slag improved roadbed mixtures under freeze-thaw conditions,unconfined compressive strength tests and frost heave thaw settlement tests are conducted on undisturbed soil and iron tailings slag improved soil under different freeze-thaw cycles.The stress-strain characteristics,strength,frost heave thaw settlement rate,and influence of quality loss of iron tailings slag improved soil and undisturbed soil are compared.The results show that as the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases,the unconfined compressive strength of the iron tailings slag mixture gradually decreases.After 10 freeze-thaw cycles,it tends to stabilize,and the gap to the undisturbed soil also gradually decreases.Through freeze-thaw tests,it is shown that the freeze-thaw rate and thaw settlement rate of iron tailings slag improved soil are lower than those of undisturbed soil,and with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the freeze-thaw rate and thaw settlement rate continued to decrease,eventually approaching 0.It is proved that the freeze-thaw resistance of iron tailings slag improved soil has been improved compared to undisturbed soil under freeze-thaw cycles,and the freeze-thaw rate and thaw settlement rate of the iron tailings slag improved roadbed mixture with 3%(mass fraction)cement content are both less than 1%.Compared with the undisturbed soil before improvement,the improvement effect is analyzed and evaluated.
