摘 要:采用再生细骨料等质量取代天然砂,以再生砂取代率、水灰比和增稠剂掺量为影响因素,研究各因素对3D打印再生细骨料混凝土流动度和抗压强度的影响,进行再生细骨料混凝土最佳配合比设计。结果表明:混凝土的流动度和抗压强度会随着再生砂取代率的增加而降低;水灰比增加,混凝土流动度变大,抗压强度降低;增稠剂掺量的提高会导致混凝土的泌水性降低,混凝土的流动度和抗压强度降低。It utilizes recycled fine aggregate as an equal mass replacement for natural sand,with the replacement ratio of recycled sand,water-cement ratio,and thickener dosage as influencing factors,to investigate their effects on the fluidity and compressive strength of 3D printed recycled fine aggregate concrete,aiming to design an optimal mix proportion.The results demonstrate that both the fluidity and compressive strength of concrete decrease with increasing recycled sand replacement ratio.An increase in water-cement ratio enhances concrete fluidity but reduces compressive strength.Higher thickener dosage leads to reduced bleeding,accompanied by decreases in both fluidity and compressive strength of the concrete.
