摘 要:针对矿山帷幕注浆中面临的水泥浆液凝结时间长、易分散和矿山排水pH过高的问题,从水泥降碱方法出发,以普通硅酸盐水泥为基础,通过添加化学外加剂硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝和木质素磺酸钠,研发一种改性低碱性水泥基注浆材料。通过单因素试验方法,开展化学外加剂对浆液pH、浆液流变性能、浆液凝结性能及结石体抗压强度的影响规律的研究,同时结合SEM与XRD,分析化学外加剂对水泥浆液的降碱机理。结果表明:3种化学外加剂对于水化产物均有影响,能够调节水化产物的形貌、反应速度和生成量,从而实现对宏观性能的改变。In view of the problems of long setting time,easy dispersion of cement slurry and high pH value of mine drainage faced in curtain grouting in mines,starting from the method of reducing alkali in cement,a modified low-alkaline cement-based grouting material is developed based on ordinary portland cement by adding chemical additives such as aluminum sulfate,polyaluminum chloride and sodium lignosulfonate.The influence of chemical additives on pH value,rheological properties,coagulability and compressive strength of cement slurry is studied through single factor experiment method.SEM and XRD are used to analyze the alkali reduction mechanism of chemical additives on cement slurry.The results are indicated that all three chemical additives have an impact on the hydration products,and can adjust the morphology,reaction rate,and generation amount of hydration products,thereby achieving changes in macroscopic properties.
