摘 要:EPC总承包项目的成本控制是将各阶段视为整体的全过程、集成化、一体化工作,需要收集、分析与共享的数据信息复杂,传统技术手段难以应对这一问题。针对EPC总承包项目各阶段的成本控制要点,基于BIM应用点构建EPC总承包项目成本控制总体框架并将其细化,梳理设计、采购及施工阶段的成本控制流程。以某EPC总承包项目为实例,分析基于BIM的成本控制流程在该实例中的具体实施情况。结果表明,所构建的成本控制流程能使EPC总承包项目成本得到有效的控制。The cost control of EPC general contracting project is a work that considers each stage as a whole,which is comprehensive,integrated and through the whole process.The data information that needs to be collected,analyzed and shared is complex,and traditional technical methods are difficult to cope with this problem.Based on the cost control points of each stage of the EPC general contracting project,a general framework for cost control of the EPC general contracting project is constructed and refined based on BIM application points,and the cost control process of the design,procurement,and construction stages is sorted out.Taking a certain EPC general contracting project as an example,it analyzes the specific implementation of BIM based cost control process in this instance.The results indicate that the constructed cost control process can effectively control the cost of EPC general contracting projects.
