摘 要:铁路站作为城市内外交通转换的核心枢纽,既承担着城际运输职能,也需实现旅客到站后向市内交通方式如公共交通、出租车、网约车及私家车等的高效接驳。铁路枢纽内部市内交通方式的接驳能力直接决定了大规模客流的疏散能力与乘客出行体验。目前,随着地铁建设门槛逐渐提升,除一线城市、省会城市外,多数城市新建铁路枢纽可能存在无地铁接驳设施的情况。在这种无地铁接驳方式的情况下,对于铁路枢纽内公交、小汽车、出租车等交通方式接驳设施的客流承载水平测算是十分必要的。根据对节假日期间历史客流数据的分析,预估节假日客流量规模,判断接驳设施承载水平是否可以负担铁路到站客流的疏散需求。考虑乘客体验,通过提前布控车站内可利用空间以及盘活站外可利用资源,可以一定程度地提升铁路枢纽接驳能力,以应对可能到来的大客流,降低客流积压站内的风险。As pivotal hubs for urban-rural transportation convergence,railway stations not only serve as critical nodes for intercity transportation but also must facilitate seamless transfers to intracity mobility options—including public transport,taxis,ride-hailing services,and private vehicles-upon passengers'arrival.The capacity for coordinated transfers among these intracity transportation modes within railway hubs fundamentally governs both large-scale passenger flow dispersal capabilities and overall travel experience quality.With the increasing thresholds for subway construction,many newly built railway hubs in cities other than first-tier cities and provincial capitals may lack subway connections.In the absence of such high-capacity connections,it is essential to assess the passenger flow capacity of transfer facilities for public buses,private cars,taxis,and other modes of transport within the railway hubs.This study analyzes historical passenger flow data during holidays to estimate holiday passenger volumes and determine whether the capacity of transfer facilities can accommodate the demand for dispersing passengers arriving by train.By considering passenger experience,strategic utilization of available space within the station and resources outside the station can enhance the existing transfer capabilities,thereby mitigating the risk of passenger congestion during peak travel periods.
