密胺餐具长期使用后迁移物质变化的模拟研究

摘　　要：为了模拟测试密胺餐具在经过长期使用后特定物质迁移量数值的变化,通过监测密胺餐具中总迁移量、三聚氰胺迁移量、甲醛迁移量3项指标,对从流通领域中获取的60批次密胺餐具样品进行风险分析。经过3次试验发现:第2次试验数据普遍偏高,表明密胺餐具在连续长期使用的情况下,有害物质迁出量增加;第3次试验数据较第1次试验数据略高,表明密胺餐具在重复使用后,有害物质的迁出随之增加。即无磨损的新餐具在长期浸泡试验过程中,特定迁移物质量会随着时间增加而呈线性趋势上涨。同时对密胺餐具的日常使用给出建议。In order to simulate the changes in specific substance migration values of melamine tableware after prolonged use,risk analysis is conducted on 60 batches of melamine tableware samples obtained from the circulation field by monitoring three indicators,total migration,melamine migration,and formaldehyde migration in melamine tableware.After three experiments,it is found that the data from the second experiment is generally higher,indicating that the migration of harmful substances from melamine tableware increases under continuous prolonged use.The data from the third experiment is slightly higher than that from the first experiment,indicating that the migration of harmful substances increases after repeated use of melamine tableware.In other words,during the the prolonged soaking test of new tableware without wear,the mass of specific migration substances will increase linearly with time.At the same time,recommendations are given for the daily use of melamine tableware.
