康复护理在氩气刀治疗阴道上皮内瘤变过程中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析对接受氩气刀治疗的阴道上皮内瘤变患者实施康复护理的效果。选取2023年1月—2024年4月贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的60例阴道上皮内瘤变患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例。两组患者均满足氩气刀治疗要求,对照组术后采取常规护理,观察组采取康复护理,比较两组患者的康复情况、预后心态及生活质量等。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组术后康复速度更快,对护理模式满意度更高,预后生活质量更高,护理后负面心理状态分值更低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,阴道上皮内瘤变属于癌前病变,经氩气刀治疗效果显著,对患者实施术后康复护理可缩短患者的康复时间,降低术后康复风险,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的心理状态。该护理模式效果显著,具有临床应用价值。To analyze the eff ect of implementing rehabilitation nursing for patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia who received treatment with argon plasma coagulation.A total of 60 patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients met the requirements for argon plasma coagulation treatment.The control group received routine nursing after the operation,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation status,post-prognosis mental state,quality of life,etc.of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had a faster postoperative rehabilitation speed,a higher satisfaction with the nursing mode,a higher postprognosis quality of life,and a lower score of negative mental state after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(P>0.05).It is found that vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous lesion,and the treatment eff ect with argon plasma coagulation is remarkable.Implementing postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients can shorten the rehabilitation time,reduce the postoperative rehabilitation risk,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the psychological state of patients.This nursing mode has a remarkable eff ect and clinical application value.
