耳穴贴压加中药内服治疗肝郁化火型亚健康失眠的临床效果分析

摘　　要：研究耳穴贴压加中药内服治疗肝郁化火型亚健康失眠患者的效果。以山西医科大学汾阳学院2023年6月—2024年6月收治的88例肝郁化火型亚健康失眠患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者(n=44)接受传统西药治疗,观察组患者(n=44)接受耳穴贴压加中药内服治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果显示,观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,临床应用耳穴贴压加中药内服治疗肝郁化火型亚健康失眠患者的效果较好,可有效改善患者的失眠症状,提高患者的睡眠质量及生活质量,值得推广。To study the effect of auricular point pressing combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with sub-health insomnia of liver depression transforming intofire type.A total of 88 patients with sub-health insomnia of liver depression transforming intofire type admitted to Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method.The patients in the control group(n=44)received traditional western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group(n=44)received auricular point pressing combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each item in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).It is found that the clinical application of auricular point pressing combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment of patients with sub-health insomnia of liver depression transforming intofire type,can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients,and improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
