布地奈德和特布他林雾化吸入联合治疗儿童百日咳的疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨布地奈德和特布他林雾化吸入联合治疗儿童百日咳的疗效。本研究对2023年4月—2024年6月铜仁市人民医院儿一科住院儿童中符合纳入标准的72例百日咳患儿进行回顾性分析。采用奇偶分组法将患儿分为参照组与试验组,每组各36例。参照组接受干扰素+特布他林治疗,试验组接受布地奈德和特布他林雾化联合治疗。对比两组患儿的肺功能、T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、症状缓解情况、临床疗效、不良反应。结果显示,干预后,试验组肺功能指标、T淋巴细胞亚群以及免疫球蛋白水平均优于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床症状缓解情况优于参照组,治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,在儿童百日咳的临床治疗过程中,应用布地奈德+特布他林雾化吸入治疗方案,可优化患儿的免疫功能。To explore the effcacy of combined nebulized inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline in the treatment of pertussis in children.In this study,a retrospective analysis was carried out on 72 children with pertussis who met the inclusion criteria among the in-patients in the First Pediatric Department of Tongren People’s Hospital from April 2023 to June 2024.The children were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by the odd-even grouping method,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received interferon+terbutaline treatment,and the experimental group received combined nebulized inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline.The pulmonary function,T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulins,symptom relief,clinical effcacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that after the intervention,the pulmonary function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets,and immunoglobulin levels of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The relief of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children(P>0.05).It is found that in the clinical treatment of pertussis in children,the application of the nebulized inhalation treatment regimen of budesonide+terbutaline can optimize the immune function of children.
