风险管理在冠心病专科护理管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：分析风险管理在冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)专科护理管理中的应用效果。选取贵阳市花溪区人民医院于2024年1月—2024年8月收治的100例CHD患者为研究对象,采取随机摸球法将患者分为对照组(实施常规护理)和观察组(实施风险管理),每组各50例,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,相比于对照组(76.00%),观察组护理总满意度(96.00%)明显更高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均有所下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。相比于对照组(16.00%),观察组的不良事件总发生率(2.00%)明显更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,将风险管理应用于CHD专科护理管理中,可以降低各种不良事件的发生率,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广。To analyze the application effect of risk management in the specialized nursing management of coronary heart disease(CHD).A total of 100 CHD patients admitted to Guiyang Huaxi District People’s Hospital from January 2024 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving risk management)by the random ball-drawing method,with 50 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in the SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%)(P<0.05).It is found that applying risk management to the specialized nursing management of CHD can reduce the incidence of various adverse events,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
