优质护理服务理念对提升门诊分诊患者满意度的效果评估

摘  要:研究门诊分诊过程中优质护理的应用价值。选择2023年6月—2023年12月110例于医院门诊就诊的患者为观察对象。使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展优质护理,评价两组患者门诊分诊相关时间、负面情绪、护理质量和满意度。结果显示,观察组门诊分诊相关时间比对照组更短(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的负面情绪评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的负面情绪评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分和总满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,在门诊分诊护理中运用优质护理服务理念可提高分诊就诊效率,有利于减轻就诊患者的负面情绪,提高患者的满意度以及护理服务质量,临床应用优势显著。To study the application value of high-quality nursing in the process of outpatient triage.A total of 110 patients who visited the outpatient department of the hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The outpatient triage-related time,negative emotions,nursing quality and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated.The results showed that the outpatient triage-related time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in the negative emotion scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the negative emotion scores of both groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score and total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).It is found that applying the concept of high-quality nursing service in outpatient triage nursing can improve the effciency of triage and treatment,help relieve the negative emotions of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients and the quality of nursing services,and has significant clinical application advantages.
