ICU优质护理干预在新生儿食管闭锁术后早期预防吻合口瘘中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：分析新生儿食管闭锁术后早期预防吻合口瘘护理中应用ICU优质护理干预的效果。选取2021年7月—2024年6月医院收治的80例接受食管闭锁手术治疗的患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施ICU优质护理干预,对比两组患儿的干预效果。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组的伤口愈合时间和住院时间更短(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿的N-PASS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿的N-PASS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的护理总有效率高于对照(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患儿的护理质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在新生儿食管闭锁术护理中应用ICU优质护理干预,可有效预防吻合口瘘的出现,提高患儿的护理质量,值得临床推荐。To analyze the effect of applying high-quality ICU nursing intervention in the nursing care for the early prevention of anastomoticfistula after esophageal atresia surgery in neonates.A total of 80 children who received esophageal atresia surgery admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality ICU nursing intervention,and the intervention effects of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that compared with the control group,the wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the N-PASS scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After the intervention,the N-PASS scores of both groups of children decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing effective rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing quality scores of both groups of children increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It is found that the application of high-quality ICU nursing intervention in the nursing care of neonates after esophageal atresia surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of anastomoticfistula and improve the nursing quality of children,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
