集束化护理在预防钬激光碎石术后留置双J管患者并发症中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探讨集束化护理在预防钬激光碎石术后留置双J管患者并发症中的应用效果。采用便利抽样的方法,选择2024年1月—2024年7月南海经济开发区人民医院收治的36例钬激光碎石术后留置双J管患者,将其纳入干预组。选择2023年6月—2023年12月收治的36例钬激光碎石术后留置双J管患者,将其纳入对照组。干预组实施集束化护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、疼痛评分和生活质量。结果显示,干预组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后第1天、干预后第2天、干预后第3天的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,干预组患者躯体健康、社会关系、自理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用集束化护理对钬激光碎石术后留置双J管患者进行干预,可有效预防并发症,减轻患者术后疼痛,从而提升患者的生活质量,具有可行性。To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in preventing complications in patients with indwelling double-J stents after holmium laser lithotripsy.Using the method of convenience sampling,36 patients with indwelling double-J stents after holmium laser lithotripsy admitted to People’s Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone from January 2024 to July 2024 were selected and included in the intervention group.36 patients with indwelling double-J stents after holmium laser lithotripsy admitted from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected and included in the control group.The intervention group received cluster nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The incidence of complications,pain scores and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the intervention group on the 1st day,2nd day and 3rd day after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical health,social relations and self-care ability of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is found that applying cluster nursing to intervene in patients with indwelling double-J stents after holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively prevent complications,relieve postoperative pain of patients,and thus improve the quality of life of patients,which is feasible.
