临床护理联合感染防控对提高重症流感病毒性肺炎患者治疗依从性的价值研究

摘　　要：分析联合应用临床护理以及感染防控对提高重症流感病毒性肺炎患者治疗依从性的实际价值。选取2021年1月—2023年10月医院收治的76例重症流感病毒性肺炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取临床护理联合感染防控,对比两组患者的并发症发生率、治疗依从性、血气指标以及负性情绪状态等。结果显示,观察组并发症发生率(5.26%)低于对照组(23.68%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性(100.00%)高于对照组(89.47%)(P<0.05);施护后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于施护前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对重症流感病毒性肺炎患者联合应用临床护理以及感染防控,有利于提升患者的治疗依从性,缓解患者的负性情绪,改善患者的预后。This study aims to analyze the practical value of the combined application of clinical nursing and infection prevention and control in improving the treatment compliance of patients with severe influenza viral pneumonia.A total of 76 patients with severe influenza viral pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received clinical nursing combined with infection prevention and control.The complication incidence rate,treatment compliance,blood gas indexes,and negative emotional states of the patients in the two groups were compared.The results showed that the complication incidence rate in the observation group(5.26%)was lower than that in the control group(23.68%)(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(89.47%)(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the patients in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the combined application of clinical nursing and infection prevention and control for patients with severe influenza viral pneumonia is beneficial to improving the treatment compliance of patients,relieving their negative emotions,and improving their prognosis.
