基于健康促进模式的康复护理在脑梗死合并高血压患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨基于健康促进模式的康复护理在脑梗死合并高血压患者中的应用效果。选取上海市闵行区中西医结合医院神经内科2023年6月—2023年12月收治的90例脑梗死合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用基于健康促进模式的康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后的健康素养、心理适应性、康复依从性和肢体运动能力恢复情况。结果显示,干预2个月后,观察组健康素养调查表评分、心理适应性量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预2个月后,观察组的康复依从性、Fugl-meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,基于健康促进模式的康复护理能够增强脑梗死合并高血压患者的健康素养,提高患者的心理适应性和康复依从性,促进患者肢体运动能力的恢复。This study aims to explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the health promotion model in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension.A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension admitted to the Department of Neurology of Shanghai Minhang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the health promotion model.The health literacy,psychological adaptability,rehabilitation compliance,and recovery of limb motor ability of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.The results showed that two months after the intervention,the scores of the health literacy questionnaire and the psychological adaptability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two months after the intervention,the rehabilitation compliance and Fugl-Meyer scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that rehabilitation nursing based on the health promotion model can enhance the health literacy of patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension,improve their psychological adaptability and rehabilitation compliance,and promote the recovery of their limb motor ability.
