摘　　要：研究家庭参与式护理(family integrated care,FIC)对重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)中极低出生体重儿生长发育的影响。选取2021年10月—2023年10月右江民族医学院附属医院NICU中68例极低出生体重儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各34例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施FIC护理,分析不同护理方式的护理效果。结果显示,护理后,研究组体重、身长、头围等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组30天内喂养下降率与再入院率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组开始胃肠内喂养天数、达全胃肠内喂养天数、总氧疗天数均短于对照组,纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,FIC护理可明显改善NICU中极低出生体重儿体重、身长、头围指标,降低30天内喂养下降率与再入院率,缩短开始胃肠内喂养天数、达全胃肠内喂养天数、总氧疗天数,提升纯母乳喂养率,缓解患儿家属的焦虑情绪,建议推广。This study aims to explore the influence of family integrated care(FIC)on the growth and development of very low birth weight infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).A total of 68 very low birth weight infants in the NICU of the Affliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received FIC nursing care,and the nursing effects of different nursing methods were analyzed.The results showed that after nursing,the indicators such as body weight,body length,and head circumference of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the feeding decline rate and readmission rate within 30 days of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that FIC nursing can significantly improve the indicators of body weight,body length,and head circumference of very low birth weight infants in NICU,reduce the feeding decline rate and readmission rate within 30 days,shorten the days of starting enteral feeding,the days of achieving full enteral feeding,and the total days of oxygen therapy,increase the exclusive breastfeeding rate,and relieve the anxiety of the family members of the infants,so it is recommended for promotion.
