摘　　要：探索以问题为导向的多元化护理模式对造血干细胞移植患者希望水平、心理弹性的影响。选取2022年1月—2023年12月医院收治的200例造血干细胞移植患者为研究对象。采用简单随机法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以问题为导向的多元化护理,两组患者均治疗28天后比较护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组心理弹性总评分为(73.39±11.58)分,希望水平总分为(37.64±3.39)分;对照组心理弹性总评分和希望水平总分分别为(64.30±10.82)分和(30.01±3.06)分,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理总依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.00%;观察组并发症总发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的23.00%(P<0.05)。研究发现,对造血干细胞移植患者采用以问题为导向的多元化护理模式可改善其心理弹性,提升患者的希望水平以及护理依从性,减少并发症。This study aims to explore the influence of the problem-oriented diversified nursing model on the hope level and psychological resilience of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.A total of 200 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and were admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by simple randomization method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received problem-oriented diversified nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared after 28 days of treatment.The results showed that after nursing,the total score of psychological resilience in the observation group was(73.39±11.58)points,and the total score of hope level was(37.64±3.39)points;the total scores of psychological resilience and hope level in the control group were(64.30±10.82)points and(30.01±3.06)points respectively,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total nursing compliance rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.00%in the control group;the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 23.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the problem-oriented diversified nursing model for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can improve their psychological resilience,enhance their hope level and nursing compliance,and reduce complications.
