问题管理模式在消毒供应中心外来手术器械精益化管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：探讨问题管理模式在消毒供应中心外来手术器械精益化管理中的应用效果。利用问题管理模式制订消毒供应中心外来手术器械精益化管理措施,比较措施实施前、后的外来手术器械消毒灭菌质量、周转延误情况及各岗位人员满意度,评价问题管理模式在外来手术器械精益化管理中的实施效果。结果显示,采用问题管理模式对外来手术器械实施精益化管理,器械消毒灭菌终末质量及处理效率明显提高,各岗位人员的满意度增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,采用问题管理模式加强外来手术器械精益化管理,可有效控制外来手术器械管理环节质量,提高外来手术器械的消毒灭菌质量及器械周转效率,提高各环节人员的工作满意度。To explore the effect of the problem management model in the lean management of external surgical instruments in the central sterile supply department.The problem management was used to formulate lean management measures for external surgical instruments in the central sterile supply department.The quality of disinfection and sterilization of external surgical instruments,the turnover and the satisfaction of personnel in various positions before and after the implementation of the measures were compared,and the implementation effect of the problem management model in the lean management of surgical instruments was evaluated.The results showed that the use of the problem management model to implement lean management of external surgical instruments significantly improved thefinal quality of instrument disin and sterilization and the effciency of processing,and the satisfaction of personnel in various positions increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that the use of the problem management model to strengthen the lean management of external surgical instruments can effectively control the quality of the management links of external surgical,improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of foreign surgical instruments and the effciency of instrument turnover,and improve the job satisfaction of personnel in various links.
