摘　　要：社会组织参与社区养老服务是应对老龄化问题的重要举措。基于嵌入理论,建构“关系—结构—认知”的分析框架,对青岛市“日善堂”助老公益餐厅进行分析。研究发现,社会组织在参与社区养老过程中遵循“向内资源输入型供给催生—向外资源输出型需求满足”的运行模式,并形塑出“嵌入式赋能”路径。具体来说,社会组织通过关系嵌入、结构嵌入和认知嵌入入场社区养老服务场域,并在多方联动下实现对社区养老服务的多重嵌入。其中,关系嵌入是社会组织嵌入社区养老服务的先决条件,社会组织通过社会资本培育和利益耦合联结进入社区养老服务场域;结构嵌入则实现了社会组织对既有组织网络关系的重塑与整合,为社会组织嵌入社区养老服务奠定了结构性基础;认知嵌入为社会组织参与社区养老服务的可持续发展提供了保障,居民在接受服务过程中形成普遍信任和惯习驱动居民参与。通过对社会组织嵌入社区养老服务的探讨,旨在为社区养老和社区治理提供实践参考,丰富养老服务领域相关研究。The participation of social organizations in community care services is an important measure to deal with the problem of aging.Based on the embedded theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework of"relationship-structure-cognition",and analyzes the"Rishantang"public welfare restaurant for the elderly in Qingdao.The study found that social organizations follow the operation mode of"inward resource input supply spawning-outward resource output demand satisfaction"in the process of participating in community pension,and shape an"embedded empowerment"path.Specifically,social organizations enter the community pension service field through relationship embedding,structural embedding and cognitive embedding,and realize the multiple embedding of community pension service under the multi-party linkage.Among them,the relationship embedding is a prerequisite for social organizations to embed in community care services.Social organizations enter the field of community pension services through social capital cultivation and interest coupling,The structural embedding realizes the reconstruction and integration of the existing organizational network relationship by social organizations,and lays a structural foundation for the embedding of social organizations into community pension services.Cognitive embedding provides a guarantee for the sustainable development of social organizations participating in community care services.Residents form universal trust and habits in the process of receiving services to stimulate residents'participation.This paper aims to provide practical reference for community pension and community governance through the study of social organizations embedded in community pension services,and enrich the relevant research in the field of pension services.
