摘 要:推动金融高质量发展、建设金融强国需要强大的金融人才队伍。作为现代金融体系重要组成部分,我国期货市场品种体系加速丰富,成为国民经济高质量发展重要的“稳定器”。期货市场的高速高质量发展需要大量高素质复合型期货人才。目前我国高校期货人才培养存在复合型、实战型人才数量较少,校企合作动力不足、难以深入,教学内容落后实践,师资队伍建设需加强等问题。北京物资学院以建设现代期货产业学院为抓手,依托期货产教融合联盟,深化产教融合,加强学生专业实践能力,提高人才培养质量,探索应用型本科高校培养复合型、应用型期货人才模式及路径。To promote high-quality financial development and build a financial power,a strong financial talent team is needed.As an important component of the modern financial system,the variety system of China’s futures market has been enriched at an accelerated pace,becoming an important“stabilizer”for the high-quality development of the national economy.The high-speed and high-quality development of the futures market requires a large number of high-quality and versatile futures talents.At present,there are problems in the cultivation of futures talents in China’s universities,such as the lack of compound and practical talents,insufficient motivation for school-enterprise cooperation,difficulties in deepening cooperation,outdated teaching content,and the need to strengthen the construction of teacher teams.Beijing WuZi University has taken the construction of a modern futures industry college as a starting point,relying on the futures industry-education integration alliance to deepen the integration of industry and education,strengthen students’professional practical abilities,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and explore the mode and path of cultivating compound and applied futures talents in application-oriented undergraduate Universities.
