摘　　要：针对粮食储备系统档案管理模式在管理机制、技术支撑和管理效果等方面存在的问题进行深入研究。研究发现,现行档案管理模式存在组织架构弹性不足、信息化水平不足和管理效能偏低等问题。针对这些问题,提出构建业务融合的档案管理协同模式、建设智能化档案管理集成平台以及健全档案管理长效保障机制等优化路径,以期为提升粮食储备系统档案管理水平提供参考。This study examines the issues in archives management of grain reserve system,focusing on management mechanism,technical support,and effectiveness.The research identifies problems including rigid organizational structure,insufficient informatization,and low management efficiency.Solutions proposed include developing a business-integrated collaborative mode,building an intelligent management platform,and establishing long-term guarantee mechanisms to improve the archives management of grain reserve system.
