摘　　要：本文针对企业食堂安全管理,分别从食品安全、人员安全和设备安全3个方面的安全现状进行了分析,提出针对性强、切实可行的应对措施,为企业食堂安全管理水平的提升提供理论指导与实践经验。This article analyzes the current safety situation of enterprise canteens from three aspects:food safety,personnel safety,and equipment safety.Based on the current problems,targeted and feasible response measures are proposed to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for improving the safety management level of enterprise canteens.
