摘  要:本研究以杭州市流通市场中鸡蛋为研究对象,采用酶联免疫法快速测定其喹诺酮类药物残留,掌握杭州流通市场中不同种类禽蛋、不同品牌、不同价位的分类及产地来源、养殖方式中抗生素残留情况;同时比较不同的保藏方法、保藏时间及烹饪方法对鸡蛋中喹诺酮类药物残留的影响。结合查阅的文献和咨询业内人士了解目前鸡类养殖业中饲料使用和抗生素残留的现状。综合研究结果,提出严格规范鸡类养殖生产,禁止在饲料里添加违禁抗生素,实现生态养殖,才是确保鸡蛋食用安全的正确方法。In this study,eggs in Hangzhou circulation market were selected as the research object.Enzyme-linked immunoassay was used to rapidly determine quinolone residues in eggs in Hangzhou circulation market,so as to grasp the classification,origin and breeding methods of antibiotic residues in different types of eggs,different brands and different prices.The effects of different storage methods,storage time and cooking methods on the residues of quinolones in eggs were compared.The current situation of feed use and antibiotic residue in chicken breeding industry was understood by consulting literature and industry insiders.Based on the results of the study,it is suggested that strictly regulating chicken breeding production,prohibiting the addition of prohibited antibiotics in feed,and realizing ecological breeding are the correct ways to ensure the safety of eggs.
