摘 要:本文以食品安全为核心视角,探讨甘肃高原夏菜特色食品产业的优化路径。通过分析产业链在种植、加工、流通和消费环节中存在的食品安全隐患,结合政策支持和技术创新驱动的机遇,提出了构建标准化生产体系、推进全产业链追溯、强化品牌建设与市场拓展以及提升农户与企业协同效应的具体措施。研究认为,通过标准化管理、现代化技术应用和全链条透明化监管,不仅可以提高产品食品安全水平和市场竞争力,还能促进甘肃高原夏菜产业的可持续发展,为乡村振兴和农业现代化提供重要支持。This article explores the optimization path of the characteristic summer food industry in Gansu Plateau from the perspective of food safety.By analyzing the food safety hazards in the planting,processing,circulation,and consumption links of the industrial chain,combined with policy support and opportunities driven by technological innovation,specific measures have been proposed to build a standardized production system,promote full industry chain traceability,strengthen brand building and market expansion,and enhance the synergistic effect between farmers and enterprises.Research suggests that through standardized management,modern technology application,and full chain transparent supervision,not only can the level of product food safety and market competitiveness be improved,but also the sustainable development of the summer vegetable industry in Gansu Plateau can be promoted,providing important support for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
