摘 要:针对管壳式离心风机内部气动损失较大的特点,采用数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方法,对管壳式离心风机内部流场结构和损失特性进行了计算与分析。结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,最大误差小于10%,从而验证了该数值方法的可靠性。由于较高的转速和气流转向设计,风机导叶段沿轴向旋涡二次流不断增大,同时在叶栅出口存在的螺旋涡结构,增大了风机内部冲击损失和流动损失。研究结果对管壳式离心风机的使用具有一定的指导意义,可为该类型风机的进一步改型优化提供参考。Aiming at the characteristics of large aerodynamic loss in the tube-shell centrifugal fan,the internal flow field structure and loss characteristics of tube-shell centrifugal fan were calculated and analyzed combining with numerical simulation and experimental verification.Results show that the numerical simulation is basically consistent with the experimental results with the maximum error of less than 10%,which verifies its reliability.Due to the high speed and airflow steering design,the secondary flow of axial vortex in the guide vane of fan increases gradually,and there is a spiral vortex structure at the outlet of cascade,which increases the impact loss and flow loss of fan.This work has some guidance for the use of tube-shell centrifugal fans and can provide reference for further modification and optimization of fans.
