摘 要:某气垫船在试验期间出现减速器振动偏大现象,特别是左舷减速器1在个别转速下振动幅值超出允许值,从而影响船员舒适性和设备仪器的安全运行。根据运行工况下不同特点的振动的测试结果,深入分析了减速器振动异常的原因,指出右舷桨轴的不平衡以及设备的共振是导致减速器振动异常的主要原因,并制定了相应的处理方案,解决了减速器振动异常问题。Significant vibrations in the reducers were observed during hovercraft testing.Notably,the No.1 reducer on the portside exceeded permissible levels at specific speeds,impacting crew comfort and equipment safety.Based on the results of vibration tests and operational vibration characteristics,an in-depth analysis of the reducers’abnormal vibrations was conducted.It was identified that the imbalance of starboard propeller shaft and the equipment resonance were primary contributors to the abnormal vibrations of the reducers.A corresponding remedial scheme was proposed to mitigate the abnormal vibration issues of the reducers.
