摘 要:利用换热器窄点温差法建立了利用高炉渣显热的冲渣水和中温空气有机朗肯循环(ORC)热力学模型,计算了16种工质在梯级系统中的热力学性能随运行参数的变化趋势。结果表明:以高炉冲渣水为热源时,在蒸发温度为60℃、冷凝温度为30℃、工质过热度为5℃时,工质R227ea的净输出功率最大,值为5427.2kW;当R227ea质量分数为50%时,R227ea/R245fa二元非共沸工质性能最优,最大净输出功率达到4336kW,㶲效率达到56.37%;以中温空气为热源时,以R601为基础构建的二元非共沸混合工质,在相同运行参数下的净输出功率均不及R601的,说明混合工质对ORC系统性能的改善程度取决于热源温度。The thermodynamic model of the organic Rankine cycle(ORC)for slag flushing water and medium temperature air,derived from the sensible heat of blast furnace slag,was constructed using the pinch point method.The thermodynamic performance trends for 16 working fluids in the cascade system under varying operational parameters were analyzed.The findings indicate that the maximum net output power of 5427.2 kJ is attained by R227ea at an evaporation temperature of 60℃,a condensation temperature of 30℃,and a superheat temperature of 5℃.The optimal binary non-azeotropic working fluid combination of R227ea/R245fa is achieved at a mass ratio of 50%for R227ea,resulting in a maximum net output power of 4336 kJ and an exergy efficiency of 56.37%.For the heat source of medium temperature air,the R601-based binary non-azeotropic mixture performs worse than R601 under identical operational conditions,suggesting that ORC system enhancement by mixtures is contingent upon the heat source temperature.
