摘  要:螺栓连接结构是高压架空塔中绝缘子的主要固定方式,一旦发生松动,绝缘子会受力不均而发生脱落。提出一种基于隧道磁电阻(TMR)传感器的螺栓松动检测方法,利用TMR传感器对磁场信息的高灵敏度和高分辨率特性,将传感器固定在待测螺栓的垂直方向,螺栓松动后带动靶向磁铁致使磁场信息发生改变,进而实现螺栓松动的检测。试验结果表明,该方法可以实现0°~360°的螺栓松动角度检测,系统的分辨率达0.1°,灵敏度达0.5°/(Hz)^(1/2),螺栓松动的检测误差不大于1.8°,可作为一种螺栓工业检测的新方法。Bolt connection structure is the main fixing method of insulator in high voltage overhead tower.Once bolt loosens,insulator will fall off due to uneven force.A bolt loosening detection method based on tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)sensor was proposed.This method used the high sensitivity and high resolution of the TMR sensor to the magnetic field information to fix the sensor in the vertical direction of the bolt to be measured,and drived the target magnet according to the bolt loosening which resulting in the change of the magnetic field information,and finally achieved bolt loosening detection.The results showed that this method could realize the detection of bolt loosening angle of 0°~360°,and the resolution of the system was 0.1°,and the sensitivity was 0.5°/Hz,and the error of detecting bolt loosening was no more than 1.8°,which provided a new method for bolt industrial detection.
