摘 要:目的:构建多囊卵巢综合征患者生活方式管理的健康教育方案,评价其干预效果,为临床开展健康促进教育提供参考。方法:基于跨理论模型,通过文献检索和专家函询构建健康教育方案。2023年3月至2024年2月,在兰州市某三级甲等医院妇科门诊采用便利抽样法招募106名多囊卵巢综合征患者进行研究。采用随机数字表法分组,对照组接受常规健康教育,干预组接受基于跨理论模型的健康教育。比较两组患者干预前、干预3个月和干预6个月时的健康促进生活方式、知信行和生活质量变化。结果:对照组45人、干预组46人完成研究。干预3个月和6个月时,两组的健康促进生活方式(F_(交互)=13.284,P<0.001;F_(时间)=42.271,P<0.001)、知信行(F_(交互)=6.461,P=0.005;F_(时间)=29.470,P<0.001;F_(组间)=4.231,P=0.043)和生活质量(F_(交互)=13.113,P<0.001;F_(时间)=14.415,P<0.001)的差异有统计学意义。结论:基于跨理论模型的健康教育有助于多囊卵巢综合征患者改变不健康生活方式,提升知信行水平,提高生活质量。Objective:To develop a health education program for improving the lifestyles of patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS),and evaluate its impact on the lifestyle and Knowledge,Attitude,and Practices(KAP)of those patients,serving as a clinical reference for health promotion.Methods:Based on the transtheoretical model,we searched literature and conducted expert correspondence to construct a health education program.From March 2023 to February 2024,106 patients with PCOS were recruited by convenience sampling from a gynecology outpatient clinic of a tertiary hospital in Lanzhou City for a randomized controlled trial.Using a random number table,patients were selected into the control group(n=53)receiving traditional health education,and the experimental group(n=53)receiving health education that was based on the transtheoretical model.Changes in health promotion lifestyle,KAP,and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients before the intervention,at the third month and sixth month after the intervention.Results:Totally 45 patients in the control group and 46 in the experimental group completed the trial.At the third month and sixth month after the intervention,both groups experienced significant changes in health promotion lifestyle(interaction effect F=13.284,P<0.001;time effect F=42.271,P<0.001),KAP(interaction effect F=6.461,P=0.005;time effect F=29.470,P<0.001;between-group effect F=4.231,P=0.043),and quality of life(interaction effect F=13.113,P<0.001;time effect F=14.415,P<0.001).Conclusion:Health education based on the transtheoretical model can help PCOS patients change their unhealthy lifestyles,improve their KAP and life quality.
