摘　　要：目的:对HIV感染者/AIDS患者安宁疗护需求相关文献进行范围综述,为未来相关研究提供参考。方法:以范围综述方法为框架,系统检索中英文数据库中关于HIV感染者/AIDS患者安宁疗护的文献,检索时限为1981年1月1日至2024年5月15日,筛选后,对纳入的文献进行汇总和分析。结果:共纳入23篇文献,结果显示国内外HIV感染者/AIDS患者对安宁疗护的认知程度存在较大差异,HIV感染者/AIDS患者的安宁疗护需求包括医疗护理、经济支持、心理与精神关怀、社会交往、获取知识、家庭方面和聚焦临终阶段的其他需求,其主要影响因素包括社会人口学因素、疾病和心理因素、社会和家庭环境因素。结论:HIV感染者/AIDS患者安宁疗护需求繁多而复杂,医护人员应重视对HIV感染者/AIDS患者安宁疗护需求的动态与个性化评估,在团队合作下,及时、有效地满足患者及其家属的需求,提高其生活质量。Objective:To conduct a scoping review of the research on the palliative care needs of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA),in order to provide references for future research.Methods:Focusing on the palliative care for PLWHA,using scoping review as the framework,the relevant literature in Chinese and English databases was systematically searched from January 1,1981 to May 15,2024.After screening,the included literature was summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 23 articles were included,and the results showed that there were significant differences in the level of understanding of palliative care among PLWHA at home and abroad.The palliative care needs of PLWHA involve medical care,financial support,psychological and spiritual care,social interaction,access to knowledge,family and other hospice care needs.The main influencing factors include socio-demographic factors,disease and psychological factors,and social and family environmental factors.Conclusion:The palliative care needs of PLWHA are diverse and complex.Healthcare professionals should pay attention to the dynamic and individualized assessment,and work together to meet the needs of patients and their families in a timely and effective manner,thereby improving their quality of life.
